Offer Rules
These rules govern all Alberta Casino offers, the welcome free spins included. Read them before claiming, since by taking an offer you agree to them.
1. General rules
1.1 These rules cover all promotions at Alberta Casino, such as the welcome offer, personal offers and Alberta Rewards perks. Every offer comes with specific terms of its own that sit alongside these rules.
1.2 If a particular offer's terms conflict with these rules, that offer's terms take priority for it.
1.3 Every offer needs a minimum deposit of C$10. No offers are available without a deposit.
1.4 Offers are optional. You can always play with cash only.
1.5 Our Account Terms apply to all bonus play as well.
2. One bonus at a time
2.1 Each profile is limited to a single live bonus.
2.2 The next offer opens up once the current one is fully wagered, forfeited or expired.
2.3 Cash and bonus balances are tracked separately in your account, so you can always see which funds are which.
3. Wagering and game contribution
3.1 Where a bonus carries wagering, you must bet 10 times the bonus plus its winnings within 90 days. After that, the balance converts to cash.
3.2 Free spin winnings have no wagering requirement and are added to your balance as cash.
3.3 Game types count differently toward wagering. Slots, digital table games and live dealer games each have a contribution rate, listed in the details of every offer that carries wagering.
3.4 Games marked as excluded in the offer details count nothing toward wagering.
3.5 You can follow your wagering progress from your account and see how much play remains.
4. Who can take part
4.1 Every offer needs you to be at least 19, located in Canada and inside a zone whose laws allow online casino games.
4.2 Before any offer applies, your account has to clear our identity and location checks. Details are on our Identity Checks page.
4.3 Each person may hold one account, and may take a given offer only one time unless that offer's terms state otherwise.
4.4 Accounts in cooling off or self exclusion receive no offers. Our Safer Play page explains how these tools work.
5. Maximum conversion
5.1 Anything you win with the welcome free spins is credited as cash and carries no wagering.
5.2 For offers with wagering, the offer's own terms state any cap on how much bonus winnings can convert to cash. Anything above that cap is removed at conversion.
6. Opting in
6.1 Select the offer at the cashier or from your account, and only then make your qualifying deposit. The order matters: a deposit made before the offer is selected does not count.
6.2 Declining an offer is always an option. If you want to cancel an active bonus, email support@albertacasino.app. Cancelling removes the bonus along with any winnings linked to it, and your cash balance is left untouched.
7. Current welcome offer
7.1 First Deposit of C$10: Grab 25 Free Spins.
7.2 Your first deposit of at least C$10 unlocks 25 free spins for a featured slot. There is no wagering, so all winnings from them are paid straight to your balance as cash. The spins expire if not used within 24 hours.
- First deposit of C$10 or more.
- Featured slot: 25 free spins.
- No wagering on free spin winnings.
- Winnings paid as cash.
- Spins expire after 24 hours.
7.3 The featured slot is named in your account when the spins are credited. The spins work on that slot only.
7.4 Only your first deposit qualifies for this offer.
8. Bet cap during bonus play
8.1 While you are wagering a bonus, each spin, hand or round is subject to a stake limit. The terms of the offer state that limit.
8.2 Free spins play at the stake fixed by the offer. You cannot change it.
8.3 Stakes over the maximum bet can see the bonus voided, together with all winnings earned from it.
9. Bonus abuse and voiding
9.1 The following count as bonus abuse:
- Registering more than one account to take the same offer repeatedly.
- Teaming up with other players so that wagering requirements are completed.
- Covering both sides of a bet, such as red and black on the same spin, to clear wagering with little risk.
- Switching between games to exploit contribution rates against the offer details.
- Paying with another person's card, wallet or bank account.
- Any pattern of play built to extract bonus value without real play.
9.2 Where bonus abuse is identified, we may remove the bonus along with its winnings, bar you from later offers and, in serious cases, close your account under our Account Terms.
9.3 Voiding a bonus never removes deposits you made with your own money, apart from deductions linked to fraud.
10. Expiry
10.1 The welcome free spins must be used within 24 hours of being credited. Any spins still unused once that time has passed are removed.
10.2 Wagering on a bonus must be completed within 90 days. Once this period ends, any bonus left and the winnings from it are taken away.
10.3 Cash from free spin winnings does not expire.
11. Changes
11.1 We can modify, pause or withdraw any offer. Bonuses already claimed stay governed by the rules that were live when you claimed them.
