Account Terms
These terms govern your Alberta Casino account, from registration through to withdrawal. Please go through them before you make your first deposit: by creating an account or placing any wager, you accept them.
1. Accepting these terms
1.1 When you register or place a bet, you agree to these Account Terms. You also agree to our Offer Rules, Your Privacy and Cookies and Tracking pages.
1.2 Should you disagree with these terms, please refrain from opening an account or placing bets.
1.3 Alberta Casino is referred to as "we", "us" and "our" throughout these terms, and "you" refers to the account holder.
2. Prohibited conduct
2.1 Play for yourself only. Do not place bets for anyone else, and do not let anyone else use your account.
2.2 The following are banned:
- Colluding with anyone else to secure an advantage at any table or in any game.
- Relying on bots, scripts or other programs that bet without your involvement.
- Exploiting bugs, errors or faults in our games or cashier.
- Charging back a deposit after you have played with it.
- Using stolen payment methods or methods that belong to someone else.
- Passing funds through your account to disguise their origin.
- Holding or operating multiple accounts.
2.3 Where we detect prohibited conduct, we may void the bets concerned, withhold any related winnings, limit features on the account and shut it down. We report fraud or money laundering to the authorities whenever the law requires us to.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
3.1 Every balance, bet and payout on Alberta Casino is in Canadian dollars (CAD).
3.2 Deposit methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, Paysafecard and eCheck. The minimum deposit is C$10.
3.3 Withdrawal methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay and Online Banking / Trustly. The minimum withdrawal is C$20.
3.4 Maximum withdrawal: C$5,000 per Interac transaction, and C$50,000 per bank transfer.
3.5 After verification, most payout methods take 1 to 4 hours to complete, and bank wires may need up to 12 hours.
3.6 Alberta Casino charges nothing for deposits or withdrawals. Any fees your bank applies must be settled between you and your bank.
3.7 Each payment option on your profile must be registered under your name. Where possible, cashouts are sent back through the option you deposited with.
3.8 We hold your first deposit until your ID and location pass verification. Every accepted document is listed on the Identity Checks page.
4. Bonuses
4.1 Every promotion runs under our Offer Rules page. For any bonus question, those rules apply.
4.2 Taking an offer is always optional. You can play with cash only.
5. Who can play
5.1 Play is restricted to people aged 19 or older.
5.2 You must be in Canada, and online casino play is open to you only where it is allowed by local law.
5.3 All accounts must meet Canadian rules on age verification, ID checks and anti money laundering. If the holder is under 19, we shut the account down. Our Underage Gambling Policy sets out the steps we follow.
5.4 Holding an account is not possible during an active self exclusion with us. Our Safer Play page explains the limits, breaks and exclusion tools available on your account.
6. Game rules, RNG and live games
6.1 Every title has a rules and paytable screen inside the game. Check it before you spin or deal.
6.2 A random number generator decides the results of our slots and digital table games, and no result depends on earlier rounds.
6.3 Live dealer tables run from a studio with real dealers, cards and wheels. The outcome the game system records counts as the official result.
6.4 A malfunction voids every payout and every play. If a round is affected by a game, server or system fault, we void it and credit the stake back to your balance.
6.5 If your own connection drops mid round, the game server completes the round and its recorded result stands.
7. Limits of our liability
7.1 We work to keep our games running, but we cannot promise access without breaks, delays or errors.
7.2 Losses due to problems with your device or connection, outages at third parties or misuse of your login details fall outside our responsibility.
7.3 Our payout on a single claim cannot exceed the balance held in the account that claim concerns.
7.4 Canadian law sets how far these limits can apply, and your statutory consumer rights stay intact.
8. Changes to these terms
8.1 We revise these terms when there are changes to legal requirements, our game range or our services.
8.2 This page always carries the current version. Major changes are announced to you by email or at sign in.
8.3 Keep playing after a change and you accept the new terms. If you disagree, stop playing and cash out your balance.
9. One account per person and registration
9.1 One account per person. No exceptions.
9.2 Provide accurate information when you sign up, such as your date of birth, full name, home address and email address. If any of this information changes, update it in your account settings.
9.3 Keep your password and login to yourself. You are responsible for everything done under your login.
9.4 We close duplicate accounts, and any bets or bonuses placed on them may be voided.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 The Alberta Casino name, logos, graphics, text and site design belong to us or to companies licensing them to us. Game studios own the game content.
10.2 Do not copy, scrape, reproduce or resell any of it without our written permission.
11. Governing law
11.1 The laws in force in Canada and in the province where you play govern these terms and your use of Alberta Casino.
11.2 Courts with authority in that place handle any dispute that we cannot settle with you directly.
12. Complaints
12.1 Something wrong? Email support@albertacasino.app and put Complaint in the subject line. Include your username, when the issue happened (date and time), which payment or game it hit and a description of the problem.
12.2 Screenshots and transaction references speed things up.
12.3 Each complaint is examined, and our reply reaches you by email. Should we require further information, we will request it by email as well.
